Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No 12-month contracts, no hidden cancellation fees. You cancel from your dashboard and access stays until end of current billing period.
Is the money-back real?
Yes — 7 days, no questions asked. Email support@iamomni.nl within 7 days of first charge and you get a full refund. After that you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't issued for past months.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated charge). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is this an investment service?
No. OMNI is an education + community platform. We don't give buy/sell signals or personal financial advice. AFM-vergunning is niet vereist omdat wij geen advies geven.
How do I get Elite — is there a waitlist?
Elite is capped at 50 active members to keep mentor capacity meaningful. When full, you're added to a waitlist. We process the waitlist monthly.
