Stocks · The long game
Build wealth.
Don't trade noise.
Stocks are where most retail traders should actually be. Forex and crypto get the headlines — stocks build the wealth. We teach both the long game (ETF + index investing) and the short game (swing setups around earnings).

Concepts
The basics.
Properly.
What's a stock?
A share of ownership in a company. Profit when the business grows, get paid dividends when it makes money. Lose when it doesn't.
ETFs vs stocks
ETF = basket of stocks. SPY = S&P 500 in one ticker. Diversification without buying 500 things. Lower risk, lower upside.
Dividends
Companies share profit with shareholders. Quarterly cash payments. Yield = annual dividend / share price. 2-4% is healthy. 8%+ is suspicious.
Earnings
Quarterly report. The single biggest news event for a stock. Beat = pop. Miss = drop. Guidance > the numbers themselves.
Sectors
The S&P 500 — by sector.
The market is 11 sectors, not 1 index. Tech moves on rate-cuts. Energy moves on oil. Healthcare moves on FDA. Know which sector you're in.

Boring works.
A defensible long-term portfolio doesn't need to be exciting. ETFs as the core (75%), individual stocks for satellite positions (25%). Rebalance quarterly.
